Tuesday’s Virtual Ballet with a range of different training methods

TUESDAY 20.45 – 21.45
Tuesday’s 60 minutes Virtual Ballet combines Simoncini’s personal experience and insight of what works best when training online.

In addition to the regular ballet training this virtual class also has a range of adjustable training methods that will alternate including Breathing Barre or a Stamina barre, Flx Stretch or a mini meditation, Pointes Basics and/or 5 minutes mini cardio.
Combining pleasure and working hard this is definitely an inspiring class
