How simple dance moves can nurture wellbeing.
Mindful Mini Coaching is custom made 30 minutes personal attention. You will learn and discover the mindful qualities in ballet.
Moving your body with care, focused on what you need. Could be breathing exercises, gentle stretches, strengthening muscles or grounding your body and mind, moving away from (daily) stress.
Suitable for all levels.
Previous experience with ballet is not needed for this mini Coaching.
