CATCH UP SERVICE

If you cancel your class at least 24 hours in advance, you can catch up within one week in the studio if there is place available or in one of the virtual classes.

FOR WHOM
This service is available during the school year exclusively for subscribed students of Regular Ballet.
This service is not available for a trial class, Junior Ballet, Youth Baller or Summerschool.

HOW TO REQUEST a MAKE UP CLASS?
Always send:
1. Your first and last name (also if you do this through WhatsApp)
2. The exact time and date of the class you are going to miss (at least 24 hours in advance).
3. The exact time and date of the make up class you want to do

Can I catch up later in the month?
You can only catch up a missed class within one week.

If I cancel on the day itself, can I still catch up the missed class?
You can only catch up if you have canceled 24 hours in advance.

How often can I take a catch-up class?
If you regularly miss your own class, the catch-up service is not suitable. It might be more convenient to discuss with the school whether it is possible to switch to another class that fits better into your schedule.
If you often make a request for a catch up class, the school may set a limit on the total number of catch-up classes that can still be requested.

WE ASK FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING
The catch-up service is a privilege and not a right. The school can stop the catch-up service at any time and without prior notice. The catch up service is nothing more than a friendly gesture from the ballet school.
If there are too many requests, it will not be feasible for the school to maintain and process the administration.
