STAMINA, STRENGTH & MINDFULNESS    Every Wednesday 20.45 - 21.45  Fast Forward class is a 60 minutes additional ballet training. It includes a short workout focusing on strengthening muscles and mini Stamina Barre, this high speed barre non stop is especially for toning and shaping thin thighs, developing speed, power and high(er) legs.    CENTRE WORK  The stamina barre is followed by centre work and pointe technique. Special care for dancers training online. Students that prefer not to work with pointeshoes, may strengthen feet by doing this section on regular balletshoes.    MINDFULNESS   The last part of the Fast Forward class is about mindfulness and relaxation. While we are waiting for new restrictive measures to be announced by the government rest assured; all students and children that can’t come to the school can join their own class live online simultaneously with the studio class.     This applies for instance when you have a cold but also when you feel concerned and would rather stay home.
