A different class for ballet lovers. With a bit of body conditioning and strength training inspired by Pilates and fitness often using resistance bands, yoga blocks, small weights etc.
Work at the barre is focused on feet work and higher legs.
Pointe technique in the centre, this part can be taken on flat or in pointe shoes
