GENERAL POLICY
Please read our policy before making payment. By paying for classes at Studio Simoncini, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in this policy under Dutch law. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not register.

LOCATION CLASSES
Studio Membership: includes in-studio and online classes (see Section 5).
Virtual Membership: includes online classes only.
1.3
REGULAR BALLET – PAYMENT
Payment for Regular Ballet can be done in five terms or all at once for the complete season.
EARLY TERMINATION REGULAR BALLET
If you pay in installments, you may cancel your membership before the next payment date by email. We will confirm your cancellation.
1st term approx 25 Aug. till 31 Oct.
Payment: when you receive the invitation
Priority Invitation for students at Studio Simoncini
2nd term 1 Nov. till 31 Dec.
Payment before: 21 Oct.
Terminate membership before: 21 Oct.
3rd term 1 Jan. till 28 Febr.
Payment before: 21 Dec.

4th term 1 March till 30 April
Payment before: 21 Febr.
Terminate membership before: 21 Febr.
5th term 1 May till *approx 10 July
Payment before: 21 April
Terminate membership before: 21 April
*Dates may vary due to official school holidays.

JUNIOR BALLET – PAYMENT
Payment can be made in two installments or as a full payment for the school year.

If you pay in two installments, you may cancel your membership before the next payment date by email. We will confirm your cancellation.
1.5
PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
All payments are non-refundable. Registration for classes is binding. The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, as the services relate to leisure activities with a fixed period.
1.6
NEW SCHOOL YEAR – PRIORITY PRE SALE
To secure a place for the next school year, make your payment when Priority Pre-Sale starts.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Studio Simoncini values a professional and pleasant learning environment. If you experience issues, please call or email us. We will schedule an appointment to discuss the matter and work towards a solution.

PAYMENT
Students or parents are responsible for making payments correctly and on time. You will only receive an invoice if a payment is overdue. Administrative fees apply for incomplete payments and for each invoice issued.
2.1
BANK
Always include the student’s full name and class time/date. Incomplete details may delay processing.
2.2
CASH
Cash payments are not accepted.
2.3
PAYMENT OVERDUE
Classes cannot be attended without full payment. Overdue or incomplete payments will generate an invoice with administrative fees.
2.4
HOLIDAY or SICKNESS
Payments continue as long as the student is enrolled, including holidays, illness, or injury.

THE SCHOOL
Food and drinks other than water are not allowed. Students should clean up water bottles and personal items.
3.1
PARTICIPATION
Students are expected to arrive on time and remain until class ends.

DRESSCODE and HAIR

LIABILITY
Studio Simoncini is not responsible for accidents, injury, or damage resulting from participation, online or in-studio. Participation carries risk. Parents are responsible for children attending classes, workshops, or activities.
4.1
MEDICAL CONDITIONS and PREGNANCY
Participants with medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy should obtain professional medical advice before attending classes.
4.2
SUPERVISION of CHILDREN
Parents or caregivers must supervise children before class begins and after class ends.
4.3
VALUABLE BELONGINS
The school is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS and FORCE MAJEURE
If an emergency or force majeure prevents in-studio classes, classes will be held online when possible.
5.1
In case of a pandemic, the ballet school may, in accordance with the advice of the Dutch government and to minimize health risks, decide to hold classes online at short notice.

PHOTOGRAPHS or VIDEOS
Students, Parents or visitors are not permitted to take photographs of, or film, their children, other students or teachers during classes online or in the studio.
6.1
MOBILE PHONES
To ensure the peace and privacy of everyone, mobile phones must be switched off when entering the studio or the dressingroom.
6.2
VISUAL CONTENT for PUBLICITY
The school might take pictures or videos during class for publicity purposes.
