Before getting Pointe Shoes you need advise and permission from your teacher. When you are ready to learn pointe technique you can make an appointment at the ballet shop for a pointe shoe fitting. Make sure to mention that this is your first pair of pointe shoes!

Pointe shoes toe protection

Use Ouch Pouch Large or Ouch Pouch Jr for toe protection. These are soft, fairly flexible and smooth gel-toe protectors. Other brands are often too thick or too stiff to work well with.
