If you cancel your class at least 24 hours in advance, you can catch up within one week in one of the virtual classes.

IMPORTANT
This service is a privilege and not a right.
The school can stop the catch-up service at any time and without prior notice.
This service is only available for Regular Ballet (not for Junior Ballet)

TO CANCEL always send:
1. Your first and last name (also through WhatsApp)
2. Exact time and date of the class you are going to miss

REQUEST MAKE UP CLASS always send:
1. Your first and last name (also through WhatsApp)
2. The exact time and date of the class you missed
3. The exact time and date of the make up class you want to do

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I catch up in the studio?
Occasionally, if there is enough space, you can catch up your class in the studio.

Can I catch up later in the month?
You can only catch up a missed class within one week.

If I cancel on the day itself, can I still catch up the missed class?
You can only catch up if you have canceled 24 hours in advance.

Why is the catch-up service temporary?
The catch-up service is on a trial basis; if there are too many requests, it will not be feasible for the school to maintain and process the administration.
